  • Once we have agreed the brief, we will utilise our existing candidate database and network to pre-screen potential candidates, (by face to face or Skype/FaceTime meetings), and provide suitable CV's plus our individual feedback on each person.

  • From this, we can support the initial telephone interview process, verify references (professional, personal and technical as required) and define the employers interview shortlist.

  • We can subsequently assist with interview questions, candidate profiling and direct interview support, as and when required.

  • Finally, when you have met your perfect match, we will work closely with you to ensure an effective transition to your business!
